First of all, you don't have to ask a new question in order to know
what's up with the old one. You only have to post a comment on the old
one.

Second, if I had to assume why the other question hasn't been
answered, I'd say that it is because of the pricing (people are not
too keen on working for such a low amount, unless they know the answer
in advance, or it is very easy to find it); and because Nelson-ga gave
you a comment regarding casualties in Iraq and you haven't even
responded to say whether this information satisfy you or not.

You can amend your price by going to the original question (in "My
questions"), clicking on "change question paramenters" and changing
the price. See also:

Also, if you want a question answered, its probably best not to appear
rude, even if you do not mean for what you said to be interpreted in
such a way. I think you are rude; especially for having expected them
to answer a question for a mere $2!

I didn't answer it because if you follow the link nelson-ga left as a
Comment, it Answers your question. What more do you want as an Answer?
