I am web developer located in India. One of my client wants to create a
job listing site both in english and arabic. Now I am not sure how
create a arabic site. The site will databse driven in MySql and will
be created in Php.

I will create the DB tables in such way that it can have contain both
english content and arabic content like - http://arabic.cnn.com/

Now my question is how to create the site in arabic? I have no idea
about the charcter set and how to create the site.

I am looking for a deatiled answer. I use Dreamweaver MX for front end design.
