Legal Question in State of Missouri:
Background -
A corporation (holding company) owns a car, which is leased to and
used by Mrs. X. Mrs. X is a named insured on an insurance poicy
maintained by Mr. X. Said policy includes both drivers and two
vehicles (in Missouir it is essentially the car which is insured while
the driver is merely licensed. Odd, I know...).

Mrs. X. is involved in a traffic accident which results in loss of said vehicle.

Question-

Does Mr. X (rather than Mrs X) have standing to pursue a pro se case
against the other party to the accident?

(1) What is Mr. X's relationship to the corporation?
(2) Does Mr. X have any right, either under the lease or under an
express understanding with Mrs. X, to use the car?

Thanks!

Mr. X and Mrs. X are both officers of the corporation. Mr. X and Mrs.
X both have the right to use the car, although this right is very
rarely used by Mr. X.

Addl background: I am aware of long standing Missouri case law (which
I have successfully argued in the past, as a pltf) which states that a
corporation can (as a State chartered entity) only be represented by
an aatorney who is licensed to practice in the appropriate venue (and
which specifically prohibits non attorneys from proceeding prose on
behalf of a corporation).

Due to this, Mr. X must have personal standing - but, does Mr. X. have
a personal interest in this through marriage and or lease? Can the
corporation assign rights in a way that does not offend Missouri law
prohibiting a lessee from having standing?
