We are a small firm that makes fishing lures.  I need a
short list of 3 or 4 companies - with contact information - that will
make us a dozen, or so, vacuum-formed, laser cut airbrush painting templates. 
The templates would be small, say 10" x 6".

Did some searches this afternoon and found one outfit that made a
template for camo-painting gunstocks so I'm sure they'll make your
list but, they were the only one I found that came close.  I know that
duck decoys are sometimes production-painted using vacu-formed
templates but...who is making the templates!?!?!  Whomever it is, they
can also make my lure templates!
