imcsa-ga,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly on this.
The service I mentioned earlier is called Aleksika, and can be found here:
http://www.aleksika.com/
Aleksika Search Engine Marketing
Aleksika offers a variety of services to its members, among them, a
powerful set of keyword research tools. You can see the list of tools
on the left-hand side of their homepage:
=====
Marketing Tools: Keyword Research
Keyword Search
English Dictionary
Top Keywords
Keyword Directory
Download Keywords
=====
Clicking on these tools will bring you to their member sign-up page.
After signing up for the Aleksika service, you will be able to access
the tools directly, including their list of the Top 100,000 keyword
searches.
There is not a lot of description at their current website of how or
where Aleksika compiles their lists of keywords. However, earlier
versions of their webpage were a bit more forthcoming. For instance,
you can see a 2004 version of their page at the Internet Archives
site:

==========

[NOTE: The above is their description from 2004, and may not fully
refelct their current status]
Although one must be a member to fully access their lists, there is
some information available without signing up that can at least give
you the flavor of the Aleksika service.
For instance, a 2004 version of their Top 1000 search terms of the
week is available here:
http://www.aleksika.com/news.html
and you can see the layout of an earlier version of their Top 100,000
list -- along with the list of search terms -- here:

The keyword research tools offered by Aleksika should fully meet your
needs for English-language search terms.
Unfortunately, I am not aware of similar services in other languages.
I trust this information fully answers your question.
However, please don't rate this answer until you have everything you
need. If you would like any additional information, just post a
Request for Clarification to let me know how I can assist you further,
and I'm at your service.
All the best,
