Where can I purchase actual ice CUBE trays with cubes of ice, cubical
in proportions that are at least an inch by an inch big on all sides?

For reference here's an example of them in a recent Dissarono commercials.

Would something such as the following work for you?

Note that the grid markings shown on the above page are 1 inch square, which
would make the cubes just over an inch by an inch.  Slightly rectangular, but
the closest I can find so far.
