Hello, I am a Real Estate agent and heard a statistic that it takes 10
showings to get an offer on a home.  More than 10 showings there is a
problem.  I wanted to be able to use this statistic in my Listing
Presentation but can't find an article or paper or something that has
this statistic on it.  Thanks so much.
