I was talking to a new acquaintance and he told me that, to avoid being drafted in the late 60s, he enrolled in a small college in Maine which was shut down sometime soon after he either graduated or left (I can't remember) a couple of years later. He told me the name of it, but for the life of me I cannot remember what it is, and I can't contact him again for quite sometime. I remember the name sounded something like "Molton," "Mullin," or "Milton." Something like that. I have looked all over the web on many different searches and can't find a single thing. If anyone knowledgeable with Maine colleges in the 60s or 70s could help me out, I'd be very grateful. Thanks! | |

Could it have been Nasson College, 1918 - 83? http://home.gwi.net/~jbarth/ |

Are you sure it was Maine? There was a Milton College in Wisconsin that closed in 1983. |
