My Sony Cyber Picture Frame won't dispaly pictures anymore. When I put in a memory stick it says: "No File." When I try to format it says: "formatting" but then "No File." I tried downlaoding a formatting program form Sony but that doesn't work either. I can view th epictures on a Sony Vaio with a memory stick slot. Do you know what's wrong? |

Hi there. To solve your problem: Ensure the image files on the Memory Stic media are stored in the appropriate folder. Ensure the image resolution is supported on the Cyberframe electronic picture frame. Ensure the file size for the still and movie images is under 2MB. Regards, Prasanth |

There are no folders on the Memory Stick. There's a file called Memstick.ind |
