I am looking for statistics describing the growth of online
advertising revenues by region for the last 3 years or so. In other
words, I want the total online advertising revenues for [USA], Europe,
Asia/Pacific and Rest of World for the years 2002-2004.

I've put USA in brackets because I've already got those figures -
they're easily available in the IAB/PWC Annual Report which can be
downloaded from the IAB website - it's the other regions that I am
struggling to find. If the Europe and/or Asia figures come broken out
by country that would be a bonus but not essential. Earlier years in
addition and/or forecasts would also be a bonus but not essential.

The sources need to be stated and credible (e.g. comparable to IAB/PWC
in terms of credibility).

I imagine this is reasonably easy to find if you know where to look
but my Googling is just getting me frustrated! I am giving a
presentation on 29 July in which I would like to include the data, so
I would need it by say 27 July to incorporate in the final draft of
the slides.
