I want to buy plus size lingerie from a site called Esexywear.com
because of the excellent prices and selection. The problem is they
will only except returns on non-personal items, or if the wrong
product was ordered and not worn. Is this industry standard or would i
be better off  sopping in a
retail store and paying higher prices?

This might not be an "industry stadard" but I doubt it if you can find
many shops or catalogeus that would accept underwear back.

Having said that, esexywear is certainly not the most affordable, nor
the most user friendly site for Lingerie online.

Prices: 
Searching for the same items on Froogle, I didn't find the site to be
so affordable: many sites have similar prices, or even better ones,
for the similar/same items.

User Friendliness
That's already your thing. However, I'd prefer to buy for a site that
is well designed, has good response time to the user, works on all
major browsers, and in general, has a user-friendly interface. This
site is not all of that...
