This question is for Czh-ga only.  Thanks much.  Primarily I am
looking for academic-quality online sources on the the
history of Euthanasia, Assisted Suicide, and Right to Die. 
Secondarily I would like bibliographic information on articles that if
they can't be read for free online can be found for a price online or
at a library.  I'm hoping to avoid propaganda from either pro-life
organizations or the right-to-die movement (which there seem to be no
shortage of).  Thanks.

worth it.
