I have tried Firefox and IE - I have turned off my Firewall, antivirus, allowed
cookies, stopped any program that blocks window pop ups, cleared the
host file, cleared the cache, I work in a network where others dont
have this problem. I am looking for a working solution. Example of my
problem would be trying to click on a Google "advertised" link. Not
just a common link. Thanks!

1. May be You remove/uninstall any spy/toolbar program in the past?
2. Check task manager for strange processes
3. Restore defaults in IE (I'm not shore that it will help, but try ...)
4. Is JavaScript sites works on this computer?
5. What about cookies, can You restore them?

Just for giggles, try holding down the CTRL key when you click on the
link, just to see what happens.
