I am looking for a comprehensive list of the companies that are currently
selling poker related products (chip sets, poker table, card shuffler,
poker accessories, and etc.) through brick and mortar retail channels
such as specialty shops, retail stores, kiosks in shopping malls, and
etc. The answer will need to include contact information for these
companies.

As an example, one of the companies that would fall under the
parameter would be Excalibur Electronics
(www.excaliburelectronics.net) which currently distributes to
Brookstone.
