I am disabled and reliant upon Social Security for much of my income. 
I am very bright and have some good ideas for starting a business.  I
need specific phone numbers and links for agencies that might help me in this
process, as well as organizations that loan money to people like me.
These places would ideally be located in Minneapolis, MN (or
surrounding suburbs).
