President Bush has said he will likely nominate a supreme court
justice that shares ideological ties with current Justices Scalia and
Thomas. In order to help understand what this might be, offer a
summary of judgements, or links to jusdgments where the court has
voted 7-2, or 8-1 with Scalia or Thomas or both as the lone
dissenters.

I am willing to settle for links to the judgements where the vote was
7-2 or 8-1 and Scilia and/or Thomas are the dissenters... I was
hoping someone had access to a database of judgements, and this would
be a simple query. If not, make a proposal.

Hi There.

You would probably need to offer more money as going through all of
the judgements made made by these two judges along with 7 or 8 judges
would take time.
