Lee Iacocca has done several "employee pricing" commercials recently
for Chrysler products. I don't know whether he's in the one you
mention.

Does this face look familiar?

I don't think the actor is Lee Iacocca.

True, Lee Iacocca currently appears in at least three TV commercials:
(1) One with his granddaughter.
(2) One with Jason Alexander.
(3) One where he watches himself on TV.

There is, however, another commercial starring someone else.
It is a commercial for the Toyota Sienna XLE.
In it, a man is berating his grown-up daughter.

I know I've seen the actor before, but I don't know where and I don't know
his name. He has almost pure white hair, and a fuller face than Mr. Iacocca.

If there is a website that shows Toyota TV commercials, you might see the man
in question.

The actor is Steve Tom, I believe.
