I have an iBook G4 with OS X 10.4.1. I like to use the "Text to
Speech" to read news headlines, emails, etc. I do not like using the
default "System Voices" that come with OS X. I have downloaded a
couple of other voices from Cepsrtral, and they are great. However, I
would like to create my own "System Voices" from the voices of living
people or audio tracks. I would like to know how I could accomplish
this. Is there any available software that can do this?

Thank you in advance.
