Hello kenjrrice,

While various people have said a phrase like this in the past decade,
it appears that the best attribution is to the digital media company
Razorfish, which long had a slogan "Everything that can be digital
will be."

"Indeed, from its earliest days, Razorfish's catchall slogan has been
'Everything that can be digital will be.' (That phrase has, nearly
five years later, taken on the status of a mantra: it's difficult even
today to interview anyone at the company without hearing it at least
once.)"

Incidentally, the current company is called Avenue A | Razorfish
(http://www.avenuea-razorfish.com/).
