I require comparative information on the costs of implementing and
maintaining HR/Payroll systems in a government environment to guide
the development of a RFP. Hardware, software, implementation,
consulting, maintenance and support (no HR professional people costs).
The organization has approximately 10,000 FTEs in the areas of Health,
Education and core government. Are there some benchmarks either in
terms of $/FTE or total costs for a public or private sector
organization of a similar size and complexity. Tier 1 or outsourced
solutions would be of particular interest. |
