I'm in need of financial information on the personal productivity software industry. i.e., Software that helps people with To Do Lists, Projects and Goals such as FranklinCovey's (www.franklincovey.com) and Microsoft Outlook. I'm interested in MSRP in dollars, annual revenue in dollars and units sold. Any information regarding expenditures (such as dollars spent on marketing) is a bonus! I already found information about FranklinCovey from their Form 10K report (approximately $4M annually), but would like to know more about how many units of software they sold and dollars spent on marketing. Note: I'm NOT interested in full fledged Project Management software like Microsoft Project. |

You need to look in open source solutions that allow small and midsize businesses to acquire software solutions at a fraction of cost of their commercial counterparts. Take a look http://www.egovos.org/ for prove. For making decision, you can ask IT consulting: http://www.fossevaluation.com, www.sourcio.com |
