We have just built a boutique hotel in Canada and we would like to
know how many staff there should be for 188 rooms.

Hello toadone-ga,

What facilities/amenities do you offer? Pool, spa, gym, restaurant,
concessions, etc.

Can you give an example of a couple of comparable boutique hotels? Thanks.

Okay.....  

Here is a suggestion, based on a 240 room, 4 diamond hotel, slightly
reduced.: If you want Spa/Fitness or Food and Beverage (Room
Service/Restaurant/Banquets/Kitchen), please offer details.  If you
would like I can also offer productivity guidelines in all areas for
effective personal use, budget generations etc...
