I'm an italian sales director, 42 from Milan. I would like to have a
list of italian recruiting agencies for executives who offer tailored
job research for individuals. This is not a common practice in Italy,
normally companies with vacancies contact recruiting agencies, jobs
are posted and candidates apply for the job. What I want to know is if
there are agencies which do the other way round, i.e. upon request find a tailored
job for a specific individual.

and tailored search jobs for individuals managers and get paid by them
depending on the result achieved
