There are many companies advertised on the internet that offer services such as will writing, writing of trusts, inheritance tax planning and enduring powers of attorney - they state that you do not need a solicitor anymore to arrange services such as these. These companies are not backed by the Law Society [or equivalent] and say that they can offer the services for a fraction of the cost a solicitor would charge. What is the qualification level or minimum standards required to operate such a business? | |
