Hi There. I cannot see why you cannot do so. When you legally bought the songs you bought the license to play the songs that only YOU downloaded. Like with a contract for an Xbox that I saw, I only own the license to that Xbox and the software within it(in so many words) but not the license to all Xbox's or the software on them. Like if you sold your PC or laptop with a legal copy of say Microsoft XP then you should be fine because you are giving the other person the right or the license to operate those songs. You own that license and you can probably sell it to. Although, i would wait for tisme-ga or someone else to post a proper answer or a validadted post to either backup or refute my theory/explanation as I am not an Google researcher. |
