Thanks for asking!
The pricing structure for USA.NET Web Messaging service, an Access
2000 application, is variable, depending upon volume. The price for
basic, hosted 10MB per box Web-based e-mail service ranges from $1.00
per user (5 - 1,000 users) to $0.50 per user in volumes of 50,000 or
greater.
Each quote is individualized, and based upon a specific set of
features and services. A price quote of $0.60 per user for basic
service could be expected at a volume of 10-20,000 users. Additional
fees are charged for additional Professional Services, or packages of
advanced features, based upon specific requirements.

Is the price cost per user per month or per year? Also, does that cost
include virus scanning? No worries if you didn't get this info as I
failed to be more specific earlier. Thanks.

Junk Mail Filtering is included in the Basic account, however Virus
Scanning is a Premium Feature. I'll inquire about the additional cost.
Based upon the experience with this type of application by one of my
clients, I'm going to venture a guess that the price is a monthly fee.
In fact, I made that assumption when inquiring. But I'll find out for
sure in the morning, with another call, or from a response to the
e-mail I've already sent off. Timezone differences are working against
us for receiving a definitive answer this evening.

The additional information you requested.
The prices are indeed, monthly fees.
Virus scanning is offered in bulk, as an addition to Basic Service
mailboxes, at an additional fee of $1.00 per mailbox, per month.
Discounts of up to 50% may be available with high volume accounts.
I have found the sales people at USA.NET to be helpful, courteous, and
very easy to deal with.
