There is a small company in Nevada called the Zanthia Funding Group.
Is this the company you're interested in?
If so, there appears to be only limited information available on them,
including their address, date of registration in the state, and the
names of key company officers.
There does not appear to be much information on their business activities, however.
Perhaps if you can tell us something about the context in which you
heard the name, it would help in tracking down any additional
information on them.

A business called zanthia group is developing a non-conforming
residence in our area and have not been able to determine what, who
they are. From public records individuals in Las Vegas but nothing
beyond that.

Finding a small, uner-the-radar company is a tough task, and we need
you to provide as much information as possible if it is to be
successful:
--how do you know about this company?
--where is the non-conforming residence being developed -- city and
state, please, and better yet the actual address and/or plot?
--You mentioned "From public records individuals in Las Vegas..."
What do you mean? What sort of public records have you found?

I've also come across the name James Williams as an officer of Zanthia
(in addition to Kathleen Pililaau).
Does that ring any bells?
