at the website http://www.groupe-foin.com/english/tabliers/index.html
I see this company makes aprons and tunics of welded stainless steel
chainmaille. They call it chainex or chainexlite
Where can I buy these aprons or tunics? Preferably online and with
credit card. Must be an english speaking retailer U.S. merchant prefered.
I am not interested in the gloves, I can find them already. I am
planning to use these items to remake into my own product. I need the
tunic or apron because of the large sheets of maille that they are
made of. I am also not interested in homemade chainmaille, or
websites on how to build it. I already know how to do that, I need
premade welded stainless steel chainmaille. |

If I can, I'd like to say that I "definitely", not "preferably" need
an online retailer who accepts credit card.

Hi minineo:
The closest I was able to come up with was a UK Personal Protective
Equipment company called Turton Safety:
Turton Safety
URL: http://www.turton.co.uk/
The apron you want is found at:
Chainex
URL: http://www.turton.co.uk/gloves/chainex.htm#APRONS
While this company is English speaking, it is not in the U.S. and does
not have an e-commerce capability. Their contact information is found
at:
Contact us
URL: http://www.turton.co.uk/contact.asp
Let me know if this is sufficient as an answer to your question.
Thanks.

I found the turton website already, I was hoping through some Google
magic that you might know of something I couldn't find. I guess for
15 bucks that's as much as I should expect. Thanks -David

Hello minineo:
I'm not eager to collect the $15 if you are not satisfied with what I
found. I'll leave the question open to other researchers.
A suggestion - in future questions, please state what you've already
found as part of the question. That helps in two ways:
1. avoids this type of "I already knew that" situation
2. gives us more information to work from to start with.
Thanks!
