I'm looking for benchmarks where companies (preferably telecom or
internet service provider)reduced the operating hours of their live
call center support from 24/7 to reduced hours and/or closed on
weekends. I am interested in the impacts of the changes to call
volume when the call center is opened. In other words, what % of
customer called back (this is not as important as the following),
which day of the week, what time of the day?

Hello there,

I worked at a call center, name confidential because I am a manager
there now. But I definitely have the answer to this...but for some
reason it wont let me answer your question.
