Hello dnparks:

The best I was able to find in quick-quick fashion was:

messaging
URL: http://www.caslon.com.au/securityguide6.htm
Quote: "The average cost per thousand addresses for permission-based
email lists is between US$200 and $600 (with a response rate of 3% to
10%)."
Note: That comes out to 20 - 60 cents per address.

July 2004 - The Enemy Within
URL: http://www.cgprint.com/cg/modules/sections/index.php?op=printpage&artid=145
Quote: "Worldata reports that the average cost of permission-based
email lists has risen to $283 per thousand."
Note: That comes out to 28.3 cents per address.

Is that good enough for your immediate needs?

Thanks.

I posted this as an Answer because you hadn't responeded to my

before 1:00 unless it was posted as an Answer.
