We are going into a meeting and are hitting a crunch on an answer to this question: How mauch on average (even max or min) does an email compiler pay for 3rd party opt in emails? If you can answer this question by 1pm EST on 7/21...the rate for the answer will be $200...after that time the question will be taken down

Hello dnparks: The best I was able to find in quick-quick fashion was: messaging URL: http://www.caslon.com.au/securityguide6.htm Quote: "The average cost per thousand addresses for permission-based email lists is between US$200 and $600 (with a response rate of 3% to 10%)." Note: That comes out to 20 - 60 cents per address. July 2004 - The Enemy Within URL: http://www.cgprint.com/cg/modules/sections/index.php?op=printpage&artid=145 Quote: "Worldata reports that the average cost of permission-based email lists has risen to $283 per thousand." Note: That comes out to 28.3 cents per address. websearcher
