I do not think that the name of the President of the company would be
helpful. I am just looking for the corporate name and address of the
owner of the Dicameron group of hotels and resorts. (I am hoping that
the owner is a U.S. corporation)

From what I can see, the owner of the Decameron Hotels is a company in
Colombia that goes by the same name (Hoteles Decameron). I can
certainly provide contact information if you'd like.
There is a also a US company that operates a large casino in at least
one of the Decameron hotels, as well as other casinos throughout South
America.
Would the name of this company be of interest?

I´ve found the December 2004 annual report for ?Hoteles Decameron
S.A.? at the Panama Stock Exchange. This 25 page document is in
Spanish.
