Thanks to Scriptor-ga's phone number, I have called the Centennial
Bank and learned that it does NOT have a SWIFT code, which I rather
expected.

As the lady explained to me, someone making a wire transfer to the
bank from overseas would leave it to the US correspondent bank of
his/her bank to handle the onwared transfer of the funds.  The same
would apply, of course, for someone in the States wishing to transfer
funds.

Sorry, that it has taken so long to pass on this not very helpful
information (rather hoping that you took the shortcut yourself).
