I need to hire a math tutor over the internet (algebra and calculus).  Long-term.

I am aware of many websites that discuss or teach math, and even offer
"solvers" to do the work for you.

I am also aware that some of these sites ("Dr. Math," for instance)
will take your questions, or have forums where you could discuss
questions.

But that's not good enough, since there is a chance the good doctor
may choose not to answer my question, or take too long a time in doing
so.  Or, if the question were posted in a forum, it's possible that
nobody answers, or that the answers are confusing or wrong.  You know
how forums work.

No, no, no.  I can't take that risk.

I need a quality web/email based tutor who will respond to me quickly
and correctly regarding my math questions, and I am willing to pay
well for this service.  Naturally the correspondence would have to be
conducted largely through email.

But where can I go?  I have no idea where such "tutors" would even
advertise, or how they would even describe themselves.

Your job, as Google researcher, is to give me a list of sites and
