Hello pleasetellmewhatitis,

According to Justin Theroux himself the glasses were bought at a
second hand store called Marty's Cool Stuff, for four dollars.

?I bought them about seven years ago at a place on Lafayette near
Bleecker St., here in New York called Marty's Cool Stuff, for four
dollars. They were a sample pair in an old Italian salesman's case. I
have had several duplicate pairs made since then, but I usually wear
the original pair. I am wearing them less and less, because they are
too recognizeable to the film [Mulholland Drive]. The lesson there I
guess is to never use personal items you love for props. In this case
however, David [Lynch] was dead set on them, so they became a part of
the film.?

I located a UK online optician vendor that states that they can supply
a copy of this frame for customers who want it. They ship to the U.S.

Would a link to this website with their contact information be a
satisfactory answer to your question?

Thanks,
Bobbie7

you know when they reply.

hey bobbie7, hey if you are referring to retrospecs.co.uk they did
tell me they can't locate the frames as yet. if you are able to find
somewhere else that's great. i did know the theroux quote, i'm
guessing that he wants to try to keep it a secret and fair enough i
guess. i'm hoping somewhere somehow someone saw the frames and has
identified them in print or online. that was why i was trying to track
down the make & model so i could begin a quest to find a pair (could
be a very long quest). the frames are very cool, way cooler than any
other black frames i've seen. anyway, thanks for your work so far...
keep me posted.
