I am looking for a 2-3 day seminar or class on yield management
appropriate for parties interested in understanding introductory yield
management principles as they apply to the hospitality and travel
industry.  (It does not have to be specifically for the hospitality
industry, it just has to have content relevant for that industry.) 
This class should be somewhere in North America (found lots of great
ones in Asia and Europe, but I don't think that will fly with my boss)
and should take place in 2005.

It cannot take place the week of September 26th, nor October 26-28th,
nor during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's.

Price is not an issue.
