Hello eartoear, The song is "Hot Cherie," by Hardline, from its 1992 album "Double Eclipse." "... You're getting me hot, Cherie I want what you've got all over me I'm going crazy." I'm still looking for the answer, The Hardline song is a remake. The original was sung by someone with a voice more like Randy Newman or George Thurogood(sp?). I remember the song well. "You're getting me hot, Cherie; I want what you got all over me!" How about this question from about the same time ('82) or a little earlier. It's a rock ballad song be a really skinny hessian dude. They must have been a one album wonder. The da's are lyrics that I don't recall, but represent notes. "This lonley heart of mine, da da da da da da da da, this lonley heart in me, won't let me be, won't let me be." It's a beautiful ballad and it got plenty of airtime and even a stage video. Does anyone know? |

The song was done by Danny Spanos onthe album Passion in the Dark. I got the answer two weeks ago. I should have cleaned up all the lose searches. Sorry for the inconvenience. |
