Hello baronessvonholt,
Bruce Springsteen's official site (http://www.brucespringsteen.net/)
does not provide a contact address. One of the leading unofficial
Bruce Springsteen sites -- and the first result on Google when
searching for Bruce Springsteen -- explains:
"Where can I send a letter to Bruce Springsteen?
We'd love to be able to help, but unfortunately we have no method of
contact for Bruce Springsteen. There is currently no address given
for fan mail. A few years ago, we recommended letters be sent to
Springsteen care of his record label, but mail sent to that address
began to be returned to sender. ..."
"... Well, we still have no method of contact for Bruce Springsteen,
but for official business you might try his publicist, Shore Fire
Media, which has a website at www.shorefire.com. ..."

Shore Fire Media "has handled all publicity for Bruce Springsteen" since 1990.

I suppose that Shore Fire, as Bruce Springsteen's publicist, might be
interested in a particularly good letter showing how important this
request is. On the other hand, perhaps they get thousands of letters
per day, and don't have time to scrutinize them all. So you might
wish to call them first (during weekday office hours), and ask whether
you should send your request to their address, or whether there's a
better mailing address, email address, or phone number. You could
also ask if you should direct your request to the attention of a
particular person or department -- that could be more productive than
sending it to the general address.
