I'm trying to find out how selective different companies are in their
hiring. The basic idea to ask what percentage of the people who apply
to work at a company actually get the job. Alternatively, you could
ask how many people would like to work at a company, and then divide
by the number who actually do work there. There are probably other
equally reasonable ways you could attempt to quantify this sort of
thing.

I want a website with this sort of data on many companies,
particularly in the software and investment industries. Examples of
companies the site should probably have numbers for (although it
doesn't need all of these) would be:
Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, DE Shaw, Google, Siebel, Oracle, Ebay

These are just examples. I'm looking for a table or a database with
information on hundreds or thousands of companies. So, please don't
painstakingly hunt down each company's numbers one at a time.
