We are building a new start-up website service for online bet exchange
(something which reminds betfair.com) and we would like to receive a
comprehensive and detailed list of companies which offer
offshore/merchant accounts in order for us to be able to charge and
pay back money to and for our clients. Knowing that we are defined as
"High Risk" category, we seek for a trustful however not expensive
company.
The data we would like to receive:
A list of the companies and their contact info/Website
For each company we would like to know:
1. That it supports bet exchange and gaming sites.
2. What are all the payments needed, with short explanations regarding
each type of payment.
3. Most important factor is the discount rate and transaction fee. We
are searching for discount rate lower than 3% and transaction fee
lower than 30 cents. (Again, it's extremely important to know that
it's defined as High Risk account).
4. Another important thing is to make sure that the discount rate is
paid by us only when the user pays us (and the transaction fee as
well), however when we "pay" him (transfer money to his credit card
account) we have to pay only the transaction fee.
