I have listed below the conclusions I have gathered from the websites
(If I have missed something obvious please let me know)

I am happy to for you to submit an official answer if you can supply
me with some of the missing information.

Does she have access to computers and libraries? - Would like to know
if she has internet access? Also what is the quality of the library/
How many meals does she have per day and what is the quality of the
food? - Hmmm Not very good by the sounds of it Would like to know more
about the food
served.  Frequency Menu etc.
What is her daily routine? - More info on this if possible. 
Does the New York Time pay her salary while she is incarcerated? - I
assume they are still paying her but would like confirmation.
Does her employer have any "work from Jail" arrangements for her? - I
am assuming NO is the answer from the sites I have read.
