I'm seeking an herb processor (powered or manual) that will strip the
tiny leaves off a rosemary stem. The following blade processor looks
good for processing herbs that don't first require removal of the
leaves, but it wouldn't satisfy my criterion, as it would slice up and
mix the stems with the leaves:

I would guess that for any kind of a tool or gadget to accomplish what
I have in mind, it would have to be manually operated. Has anyone ever
seen such a tool?

A friend suggested that a French bean slicer like the one pictured
here might also work as a rosemary leaf stripper:

Just realized I meant to type "thyme," not "rosemary." The leaves of
the latter are easy enough to strip off with one's fingers.
