I am looking for a large database of people's names. It should have a
first + last name combination in one column, and a popularity number
(absolute or percentage, perferably both). I know many data sources
for first name popularity and last name popularity, but not the
combination of both (You can't simply combine them, it would be
inaccurate).

Also, the the data should be specific to a certain country. USA is the
main country for which I am looking for statistics for, but other
countries who use English letters are also beneficial.

Finally, the data should be as current as possible, and if it can be
divided into age groups that would be fantastic.

Just to stress, I need data of no less than a million names...
