In the very prohimity to my house City plans to build a comprehensive
high school. Need to find stat/research data on how placement of high
school in the middle of established community affects housing prices.

It might help if we knew where you live. The effect of a high school
on housing values is probably not the same in Phoenix, Arizona as it
is in Aksum, Ethiopia.
