Researching a "respected" autosurf program.
Incorporated in Panama.
Claims offices in US, Canada, and a couple other countries.
If they do business within the US are they required to file a tax
return for that imcome and/or are they required to provide to US users
the IRS Form 1099 disclosing the earnings?
