Hello,

This is my first time using Google Answers, so please bare with me. I
hope my price was not set to low for this type of question.

I am about to take a 5 day vacation to Bishop, California, and I would
like to take one of those day long horseback riding trips with a
guide. Never riden a horse before, and do not own one, but would love
to go for a 4-6+ hour horseback ride up in the mountains if possible.

If you do find a location, and they list a price, could you please
post any quoted prices?

Thanks

Hi,
Even if you are pretty young and fit, you might want to get a little
experience on horseback before you get out on the trail for a whole
day with no way out.
You'll discover some new muscles - especially the next day. Just the
experience of not having your feet on the ground and your head a
couple of feet higher - especially on slopes - can be unnerving for
some people.

I certainly don't want to discourage you from a wonderful experience.
This is just a suggestion to make it more enjoyable.

Have a great vacation, Myoarin
