I have a frizzy hair and I have used straighteners but all caused
irritations to my scalp and they didn't give me the result I was
expecting.. I want a straight hair like those who have naturally
striagtht hair, it may be not possible but at least I want the most
effective way to straighten my hair without those chemical
straighteners. Could you tell me about some way?

Hello, james888-ga!

I am assuming you are male due to your GA name. Since you have not
provided any information about the length of your hair, I will
mentione the two non-chemical options available - temporary
straighteners and straightening irons

Hair straightening irons are best for getting the kinks out of hair
without using chemicals. They work very well. The only issue to be
aware of is that the constant use of such irons can dry out your hair
quite quickly, causing broken or "fried" ends. Use a good conditioner,
and see if you can go a few days without washing and straightening.
However, they may not work if your hair is extremely short.

Otherwise, there are several effective daily straightening balms that
can smooth your hair without, hopefully, causing scalp irritation.

Temporary straightening balms are your best bet if your hair is too
short for a straightening iron.

Some general rules from "Flat Iron Styling."
http://www.hairfinder.com/hairstyling/straighten_hair.htm

"Always start any thermal styling process with clean, DRY hair.
Whenever possible, your styling session should start by shampooing and
conditioning the hair with a moisture-rich formula in both your
shampoo and conditioner. In addition, follow up with a leave-in
conditioning spray to protect the hair during the drying and thermal
styling process."

"A build-up of gel, mousse or hairspray from previous styling will
only result in stickiness, clumping, and possible damage, so cleansing
the hair before thermal styling is essential. In addition, the hair
must be COMPLETELY dry. Even slightly damp hair will not only respond
poorly to the thermal styling, but applying the heated appliance to
damp hair will cause the hair to literally "cook" in the resultant
steaming, swelling the hair shaft and forcing the protective moisture
from the cortex of the hair."

"Use the right sized tool for your hair. Unless your hair is well past
your shoulders in length, you should choose a flat-iron appliance
whose heating plates are approximately 1"-to-1-1/2" wide. Wider irons
are certainly available, but are only necessary for those individuals
with longer hair. For the average woman, the smaller tool offers
better control, is lighter in weight, and therefore much easier to
handle."

Personally I use a straightening iron, however that does erquire an
amount of time put in. How long is your hair? Is it extremely curly?
There are some products on the market that can help with slightly
curly hair. Also if you are worried less about curl and more about
frizz there are many products I can recommend for that.

All I can say is MaxiGlide!
http://www.maxiusbeauty.com/pack1wv.php

Notice my Google name. I know what I'm talking about. This isn't like
any other straightener. It's got steam, and it's got teeth on the
plates that pulls the hair tight, detangles it and then uses the steam
to lock in the straightness. I put more hair in than the instructions
say, and my hair still looks great!
