I?m interested in improving my smile.

My smile looks unnatural (dorky) and I can?t smile at will (like for a
camera). I am trying to find a ?smile coach? or specialists in The
Greater Phoenix, AZ (strongly preferred). If you find something in or
around LA area forward that also.

Are there specialists that can tell what can make my smile look more
natural and what I can do to improve it?
(If you can find more than one specialist and tell me how it can
benefit me and which specialty best fits my situation.)

I don?t need cosmic dentistry (my teeth and gums are near perfect) or
plastic surgery (I?m attractive). I don?t need a therapy (I?m not
depressed at all; many people want to improve their smiles). I just
never learned to smile growing up.

I also don?t want forwards to websites that sell miracle products to
improve my smile. I?m trying to find something/someone more
professional and knowledgeable.

I am not aware of consultants (other than dentistry-oriented ones) who
specialize only in helping people improve their smiles, but you might
benefit from the services of a image consultant. I have found an
online directory of image consultants, some of whom have attained
certification through a well-regarded professional organization. There
are several listings for the Scottsdale, AZ area, and many more for
Los Angeles.

Please let me know if information about image coaches and consultants
would provide a satisfactory answer to your question.

I'm not sure if that would answer my question.

What does an image consultant do?
Will they be able to tell me what will make my smile look more natural
and what things to improve it? (such as exercises I can do and
feedback)

Do you believe denistry-oriented specialist would be better and why?
What will they do?

Hello smileq-ga,

I don't know what's making you feel uncomfortable about your smile but
it sounds like becoming less self-conscious might help. Instead of
looking for a coach, I think it might be more helpful (and more fun)
to take an acting or improvisation class. Learn to be a clown and make
others laugh. You sound like a very nice person. Have you considered
volunteering somewhere where you would be involved with people but the
focus would be making their life better? Would links to these types of
activities meet your needs?

smileq,

I've unlocked your question in the hope that another Researcher can
find information on a smile-oriented consultant. Best of luck to you!

iS IT THAT YOU DONT LIKE THE WAY YOUR TEETH LOOK OR ARE YOU JUST TOO
SHY TO SMILE.. If its the look we are in the process of setting up a
service where we can using digital imaging show you how the appearance
of your teeth would change after cosmetic confidence building
dentistry.
