Question ID: 547736
Whenever my cursor stops on an un-opened file or icon, a pop-up window
comes up which gives some or all of the following info:
"type" (i.e., microsoft windows file);
"author" (i.e., some repeat name I don't recognize);
"title";
"last date modified";
"size of file".

The same above scenario occurs to friends every time I send a file as
an attachment.

My family believes the window information was programmed somehow.
I want to disable this feature. I do not want these pop-up windows.
Thanks,
danno
