I am to start producing/growing a fruit called Rambutan (known as
lychee in the US, although it has a different texture) in Honduras.
Even though I know all the production methods and similar aspects of
such, I need to know a few numbers in the North and Central American
markets for Rambutan (Lychee). The question is fully answered if all
the following bullets are answered individually:

- The market prices for Rambutan as of 2003, monthly or quarterly
averages or anything similar(either or).
- Any sort of analysis of production costs (akin to"initial
investment") for Rambutan in latin america. Even though this varies by
country, a general idea will be helpful.

I prefer that you find answers for Rambutan, although Lychee is
acceptable as well. They are almost the same fruit.
