Md. Insurance Code 10-126 provides an insurance license may be refused or revoked due to a "lack of trustworthiness". In attorney licensing trustworthiness is a character evaluation that refers to acts of "moral turpitude". Is a 8.4 violation of professional rules that govern the conduct of lawyers sufficient to revoke an insurance license for a "lack of trustworthiness"? |
